I use my W/Mo for many things. PvE, PvP, and some runnning too. At the moment i do not have enough money to get a seperate set of armour for each task. What do you guys think is the best armour combonations (including the Canthan armours). I am going for the max defense armours. I am an Axe warrior.

Best all round is generally accepted as Gladiators. Use one piece of Ascalon/Knights to get the reduced damage bonus. (Use the foot piece, as there's only a 12.5% chance of being hit there, and hands [which also are 12.5%] can be changed to Stonefist when using hammer in pvp)

Runes:
I'd recommend to always put your sup vigor on chest, and then use helms as weapon-type switching. If you're running, you may want to consider using your gloves as your weapon-type rune armour, and keeping your helm as the HoD 1/3 hex helm.
